The groundbreaking ceremony for the world-class integrated polymers facility was a huge success, achieving the client's goals of providing a top-quality and memorable experience for all attendees. The Lodging Solutions and Industrial Tent Systems team managed to surpass the client's expectations, delivering a well-equipped and comfortable event space with a 5-day installation time and 3-day dismantling for their 1-day event.

- Expert pre-planning with layout drawings and key LS/ITS team members (with industrial environment expertise) ensured the utmost in staying diligent and on time.
- Achieved a faster setup and breakdown time, sticking to our schedule by having each day and hour meticulously mapped out.
- Innovative construction of a 20mx30m tent, complete with high-quality flooring, carpet, draping, HVAC, phenomenal lighting, sufficient power facilities, and restroom trailers.
- Additional 10mx10m VIP tent setup, furnished with flooring, carpet, and draping for an exclusive and classy vibe.
- We also prepared a dedicated area adorned with cocktail tables, elegantly covered with tablecloths, and decorated with eye-catching floral arrangements.
- Comfortable seating was arranged with provision for 150 chairs.
- Specially crafted dirt/sand display box, adding to the atmospheric charm with a red carpet and VIP rope barriers.
- We also took care of the staging, providing a tech stage, a main stage, and a podium, tastefully decorated with ferns.
